Max von Milland. The South Tyrolean singer-songwriter takes you on a musical journey that takes you all over the world, but always has South Tyrol in its luggage. If you could put South Tyrol into songs, Max von Milland would certainly come closest to the sound. His music embodies the essence of the region around Bressanone – his home. The singer-songwriter packs the language and the attitude to life of South Tyrol into a unique style that is deeply rooted in his homeland, but nevertheless as cosmopolitan as Max himself. On a journey to himself, he moved from city to city. To discover that South Tyrol will always accompany him. The memories, the language, the people – everything that makes up home. Esplojiun de corusc – Nature in bloom. The Armentara meadows, a floral spectacle
Excursion. The best time to do this wonderful hike is at the end of June, when the nature of the Dolomites can be observed in all its glory and when the alpine flowers are in bloom; the unique and spectacular sight of colours, perfumes and shapes extends from the subalpine pastures right up to the craggy peaks.

L’ ander dla nëi – The incredible snow cave. Discovering the wonder of Tru di Pra
Excursion. Walk to the Armentarameadows and to the snow cave
The gentle and rounded reliefs, which characterize the Armentara meadows, are the results of prehistoric events. During the excursion, we will cross fields covered in a great variety of flowers and we enjoy the magnificent view of the Sas dla Crusc. At the foot of the enchanting Santa Croce Mountain, a natural cave is magically reborn each year. Season after season, the cave is dug out by the snow and by the subsequent melting of the glaciers that come down from the walls of the Piza dales Diesc and the Sas sla Crusc.

Jun sö La Crusc – From La Villa to Santa Croce
La Crusc/Santa Croce is one of the most beloved places of the inhabitants of Val Badia. This small corner, steeped in history, has been a popular destination for pilgrims from all over the world for many years. From La Villa, the trail leads to the typical Ladin hamlets, and then through the forest to the church of Santa Croce. On the way back, you will reach the idyllic Lech Dlá Lé lake, surrounded by the majestic walls of Sas dla Crusc.

Vins alaleria – Outdoor tasting of the best wines of South Tyrol
We are at the foot of the iconic Sas dla Crusc in Badia. You can taste a selection of the best of South Tyrolean red wines, from local grape varieties to Bordeaux blend wines. Vives!

Sonns tla natöra – The Gong Sound Bath
The Sound Gong Bath is a sound massage and therapy that brings the participants to meditation and deep relaxation. During the Gong Bath the participants lie comfortably on the meadow and listen to the magic and harmonious sounds of several gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and many other instruments.

The majestic peaks of the Dolomites frame the concert by the group on the festival “Singing and playing in the mountain huts”. Enjoy the sun on the terrace of the hut and the melodies of the local musical group “Volxbrass”.

Oktoberfest: Summer-end-party
End of season party on the sunny terrace of the mountain hut Nagler, live music with the local music group “Conturines Echo”.
Highlight: folk show with the Tyrolean group Schuichplattlagitschn Pfundra Hiotamadlan.
The local children union “Südtiroler Kinderfreunde” will organize the entertainment for kids with games and creatives plays. New: threasure hunting in the SummerPark La Crusc with surprise for the winners.
The hut will offer a special menu for the event. You will get different kinds of beer, Bavarian sausages, “Brezel”, too. The event will be held in case of bed weather, too.

Sonns tla natöra – Sound workshop for children
The energy of sound accompanies us from before we are born. Just think that hearing is the first sense we develop in the womb and after four months it is already fully developed, which is why children are attracted and “captured” by sound and its harmony.
The proposed activity allows this harmony to be experienced joyfully, through listening to and using live sound instruments that reproduce the sounds of Nature’s elements such as the wind blowing through the treetops, the sound of the flowing stream, the sound of the sea wave and its clear water, the sound of rain.
We will also discover new sounds through the use of different sound instruments such as Tibetan bells, gongs, kalimba, drums, harmonic tubes, cymbals, wind chimes, seeds, rattles and shells and many other original sound instruments from different countries around the world.
All together we will create and be one big sound circle of harmony, smiles and fun.
For children from 3 to 8 years.

Yodelling festival – Holy mass with yodel and yodelling course
“Yodelling and singing – a joy for everyone”
11.00 a.m. Holy mass with yodel by Huja in the La Crusc/Santa Croce church. In case of bad weather, the concert will be moved to 5.00 p.m. in the church of Colfosco.
2.30 p.m. Yodelling course at the La Crusc/Santa Croce mountain hut.

Precious moments to be savoured in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site
Autumn in Alta Badia right in the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site offers many valuable moments to be shared and enjoyed.
With our “Saus dl Altonn” initiative (that’s Ladin for “Flavours of Autumn”) we invite you to experience this exciting season in Alta Badia by combining our unique mountain landscape with outdoor activities, local traditions, delicious food and drink, enhanced by the Ladin quality of life.
In September a number of mountain huts, in collaboration with local producers and farmers, will be offering three-course menus where each menu will feature one type of local product as its main attraction.
In the area La Crusc, this event will be hosted by the mountain hut Ütia Lé. The star of the menu is the mountain pine – barantl from the farm Kräuterhof

Authentic tastes, gentle perfumes and harmonic tones, surrounded by intensive end of Summer colors. Foodies will be indulged by South Tyrolean Michelin starred chef Herbert Hintner who will create real artworks for the palate as for the eyes. Traditional Ladin dishes will be served by local farmers in cooperation with the hoteliers of La Val.
